about

Marco Scozzaro Is an Italian multidisciplinary artist based in New York City.
With his electronic music project l’oggetto he creates underground house music, with a jazz vibe, a funk groove, and a certain Italo flavor.
Initiated to music by his multi-instrumentalist father and having cut his teeth as hardcore-punk guitarist and drummer in his teenage years, he soon discovered electronic music and eventually started producing and DJing.
Musica da Discoteca Vol.1 (Italian for club music) is his first record and the first of a series of three EPs to share unreleased tracks that have laid inside his MPC for too long.
Published by MKDF Records, the label he co-founded with his long-time friend and London-based DJ Pietro Di.
